Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info
Last updated: 2026-08-02
Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws can opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. This page explains the position at Standhabit and the routes available.
After the Request
Expect generic advertising rather than none. The sharing stops immediately; the ad slots may remain. Access, content and functionality on standhabit.com are identical whether or not you have opted out.
Scope of This Right
There is no monetary sale of personal information by Standhabit. The practice that engages this right is narrower — where ads are served, advertising and cookie identifiers may be shared with ad partners. Given how broadly the statutes define ‘sale’ and ‘share’, we assume it counts and provide the opt-out.
- Every visitor to standhabit.com can exercise this, regardless of whether they have ever given us an email address.
Ways to Opt Out
You can opt out by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which this site honours automatically without any message from you; by declining advertising cookies in the consent banner where it appears; or by emailing hello@standhabit.com under the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. None of these routes requires you to register.
Our State Privacy Notice covers the remaining rights available under state law.
